My lad's new bed was delivered yesterday:-

I've just got it together and it's bloody amazing (pricey though so it should be pretty spectacular). Looking forward to Friday night to show the lads, hopefully they'll make a double bed version not that the missus would agree!

Thats not exactly expensive for a bed is it? I mean a Queen sized Tempur mattress can cost upto £3k and its a Plain Jane sqraure of foam yes

Go and treat yourself to a new bed, your boyfriend will really appreciate it laugh

Fantastic bed btw thumbup

I don't have them, but my nephew both broke his brand new bed within 2 hours of it being delivered by jumping on it - at the age of 13 hehe

The bed has not been replaced or repaired, the mattress was simply put on the floor hehe

Nononononono you have it all wrong - its the adults that are supposed to be doing the humping jumping and the kids are supposed to use a trampoline tongue out

good choice!

what makes me chuckle though is the ages at which such things are cool, then not, then cool again...something like this....

<10 years old = cool bed- all your mates love it

10 > 16 years old = totally not cool. Would rather be seen dead than admit you have a bed that looks like that. All your mates rip you for having said bed

17 > 21 years old = You have no opinion on beds. you sleep on mate's floors, park benches, hedges, bushes or anywhere that feels comfy after a few beers

21 > 30 years old = you admit the bed is cool but are dubious about buying one in case you bring a date back and they think there is something wrong with you

30+ years old = bed now becomes cool again. You buy one for your kids so you can show your mates. You decide to buy two because you know your wife will make you sleep in it on your own. You feel <10 years old again
