How much do you pay, who do you use?

Norwich Union, company pays.

Saw GP, he wrote me a nice letter, saw the consultant a week later, and got offered an operation in 5 days time.

The NHS still have me on the waiting list for a nose op. That was 6 years ago.

I get mine through work. It's pretty good but you need to get stuff properly pre-authorised or you get left with a bill.
