Just thinking after watching the news. Has GB declined any press shoots or something? I know he's got a bit of a face for radio, but Balls has done an interview or two recently, Darling as well, yet even when Gordy goes to the homeland to talk sense for a while, he doesnt get on telly??

Saying that, Cameron's been a bit quiet recently as well, but you'd have thought being PM and what with the country in a bit of a state, he'd come out himeself rather than leave it to the minions

He's in the stationary cupboard here. Someone saw him sneak in earlier. We've called security because we can't get the lump of lard out. He keeps blathering on about pencils representing econonomic stability, and seems to have put his pants on his head.

And so, with a major kick off in the financial market today, George Bush trying to convince everyone the markets are OK, where's our PM and/or Chancellor?

Gordon Brown said:
Britain is well placed to weather the "first financial crisis of the new global age"
So, come on worm-boy, what you got to say about HBOS? And dont go giving me any of this "It's the US's problem", global economic challenges what you going to do about it?

Digger.

To nick part of a line from Frankie Boyle on Mock the Week last Friday, "He's sitting on a tree stump, having a cry."

Brown is well known for ducking behind the parapet when times are tough. It was common practice when he was Chancellor - so fairly typical behaviour.

I find it Quite frightening how somebody lacking in so many areas actually made it as far as PM. From what I can see the man has no leadership or personal skills at all. He still tries to run government on spin and lies to fool us and I find this hilarious now that nobody falls for it anymore - he carries on regardless hehe

Has Brown ever worked in the private sector where profit has needed to be made?

He should have left with Blair - they would both be somewhere in the sunshine, racking the speech money in and generally 'congratulating' themselves.

Idiot!!

Oneeye Gordon has always been "away" when there was bad news, and is always ready to gild his lilies with other peoples good news... the slimeball learnt that well from bLIAR...

As for Cameron...well he's losing my support, too bLIARite looking, and too green to be healthy. He should be ploughing into the government, doing anything to discredit their socialist theft and ditherings, and doing everything to bring them down... as well as advancing "middle England" against idiocy like Sharia Courts and immigration and EU socialist legislation...

It appears there is simply a complete lack in direction from Gordo as he doesn't have a clue what to do next. Britain if not in/ is heading into recession. Companies are going under and there are clearly more to come. There is open talk from his own party about replacing him, and yet he does. . . .nothing.

I expect if Miliband or any of the others thought Labour could win an election they'd be trying to mount a leadership challenge.

He is gibbering in a corner somewhere with saliva running down his front and a wide eyed panic stare.

Or he is in bed heavily sedated with his close acolytes wetting their pants hoping that he will recover.

It really is game over for Gordon. He has been exposed as the worst chancellor and worst prime minister ever. And everyone in Britain is now going to suffer from his incompetence, his personality defects and his mistaken belief in the evil that is socialism.

I don’t know, I’d like to give it a go; First I’d recall all the soldiers back to the UK and station them at every council estate in readiness for my next policy – a severe tightening up of the welfare state........
