Anyone seen these - im assuming they are AMPR as they appear to focus on the cars reg plate, the pair i have seen are as you go into leeds (Drive past the Asda building and then first turning after the brewery) and there they are

is this the first sign of congestion charging in Leeds

hahaha. my excuse i had just started work and my keyboard is rubbish (keys are too small) compared to my uber-keyboard at home
