New speed six engine at Racing Green

not too sure if this has been mentioned on here(can not find a topic on it anyway) but popped into RG today to say hello and was chatting to Colin and Woody about their developement speedsix engine. Colin took me out to listen to it and from a cold start it sounded so much smoother and quieter than a usual speedsix, no rattle at all like I remembered mine used to be like. And under reving it sounded powerful without a sports exhaust fitted. Also was shown the figures from the rolling road and it's just under 400BHP and just under 300ftlb of torques, very impressive considering they weren't aiming at power but reliability. Think if I still had mine and was worried I'd would seriously consider having the work done. They did explain to me the changes that have been done to the engine but as it is all a different language I'll let you read the small artical in Sprint this month page 5 before apparently a full story after a road test in next month's Sprint.

So go on get down there and go for a test drive
