You might have a few orders for these, if they come in at the right price!i'm getting some discs custom made and wondered if someone can confirm/add to these details for me:

ok according to the book I've got here there is the VT2 Performance Brake System and the VT2 Premium Brake System. Have copied the info below on both, these are both HSV upgrades over standard spec which I've also included at the end
VT2 Performance
---------------
Front ventilated discs 330mm x 32mm
Front Caliper Assemblies - twin pistons floating of 40.5mm dia (PNs LH 05A-970732, RH 05A-970731)
Brake Caliper Mounting (PNs LH 05A-97-713, RH 05A-970714)
Front Brake Hose (PN 05F-970706/7)
Rear Ventilated discs 315mm x 18mm (PN 05B 970701)
Rear Caliper - single piston floating of 45mm dia (standard VX rear caliper)
Rear Brake Hose (PN 05F-970703)
Brake Pad Material Front : JBINF-42 Rear : BM962
VT2 Premium
--------------
Front cross drilled discs 343mm x 32mm (PN 05A-970712)
Front caliper assembly - four piston opposed, 2 pistons of 38.1mm and 2 of 41.3mm dia (PNs LH 05A-970719, RH 05A-970718)
Front Brake Hose (PN 05F-970706/7)
Rear Ventilated Disc - cross drilled brake disc 315mm x 18mm (PN 05B-970701)
Rear Caliper Assembly - four pistons opposed with piston size of 28.75mm dia (PNs LH 05B-970715, RH 05B-970714)
Rear Brake Hose (PN 05F-970704)
Brake Pad Material PX1387 front and rear
Basic Spec Components
--------------------
Front Disc
Dia 296mm
Disc Flatness bolt side 0.05mm max
Disc surfaces taper within 0.08mm
Disc thickness variation 0.005mm max
Disc runout 0.04mm max and 0.03mm every 30deg of disc
Thickness (new) 28.05mm
Minimum Disc Thickness is stamped on hub ie 25mm
After machining there must be a 45 deg chamfer by 1.0mm deep at the outer edge of the disc. The chamfer must be between 1.3min and 2.5mm max from the brake pad surface to help prevent heat stress cracking
Rear Disc
Dia 286mm
Disc Thickness variation 0.013mm max
Disc Runout 0.05mm max and 0.03mm every 30 deg of disc
Assembled disc to trunnion hub runout 0.08mm max
Trunnion indicated runout 0.06mm max
Thickness (new) 15.9mm
Disc Minimum thickness 13.9mm
After machining there must be a 45 deg chamfer by 1.0mm deep at the outer edge of the disc. The chamfer must be between 1.3min and 2.5mm max from the brake pad surface to help prevent heat stress cracking
I dont know how much help this stuff is but hope its of some use.

The only way you will get the driving flange diameter, and disc bell face thickness....are by measuring a disc.
There is normally no reason for these dimensions to be given anywhere.
Flange diameter is important....disc bell flange thickness isnt quite as much so, as all it will do is place the wheel slightly further out ( or in ).
The height from driving flange mounting face to disc faces is important though.
If someone had a disc to take to a brake specialist, it would be a doddle to have them make new ones.

I assume you mean the Australian GTS so the GTS-R in the UK with the Harrop premium brake kit. DBA sell the 5000 series for the fronts but they aren't cheap.

thanks everyone for the info..
i have the brake kit in the above picture.. though my calipers are embossed HSV as i would imagine most of them are. also my discs are drilled and not grooved, though i will be going for grooves this time round.
i'm looking at a 2 piece custom made front disc set, similar price to a set of new 343mm discs.. i think the custom made set will work out much cheaper over time, as once you have them fitted and need to replace discs again, you retain the bells and only replace the disc section.
think i will have to go and measure the hub diameter and disc face thickness.

I had this guy make my AP's for my car.

He was a little slow, obviously very busy. But he did an excellent job. If you could send a disc to him, it would be no problem at all for him to make replacements.
Or you could probably have any decent machine shop make them from Wilwood universal stuff.
I dont seem them list a 343 though...Only 332 or 355mm.....depending on pad area, the 355 could be machined down to 343.
I know AP make some 343mm discs....wouldnt be overly cheap though.
