Great day at the BNG

Great day at the BNG today.

Weather tried to dampen the spirits, but it turned out nice in the end.

Result of the day day was i won best wedge in the gathering.

Also the loudest wedge there, third loudest at the gathering overall.

Great day allround really.

Well done Rob , nice to hear wedges making plenty of noise at the BNG , should have been more there perhaps ?

The wedge knocked out a pretty respectable 130.5 dbs so noise was aplenty.

Yup it kind of left a ringing in the ears of a few who got a bit close.

And it actually knocked my boy off his feet

Congrats again Rob and good to see you and your son

Shame there wasn't more than the 5 or 6 of us hardy Wedgers
able to wear goggles and flippers and get to Newcastle
for what turned out to be a great day and fantastic venue.

I will post my pictures of each and every wedge there asap

Thanks also to you, and Jeff & Kim for teaching my son James some Geordie
so he is now prepared when he comes up to Newcastle to University in 2 weeks time

Great to see you all, and also meet some new Wedge faces,
and look forward to coming up for the full weekend next year
