Hmm - firstly if this were any other sort of business which was failing the Giovt/taxpayers would not provide financial help.

Now the question is should they have received the help or not? Its a competitive market place SO they now have an unfair competitive advantage.

OR given the unusual economic position would them failing as a business cause more damage to the economy than the tax payers giving them financial backing?
