Since they help to keep PH free I would have to say (in order to keep the advertisers happy and paying) that IF an ad came up for something that interested me I would click on it.....

I have certainly clicked some of the ads in the car forums as they are more car focused. The P&P ads are a bit more generic....

I have an Expedia one in the top right, and is quite often Ultralase.

I'm sure most of you may well not get pop ups, but are they not adverts?
