as much as it pains me to say this,(and I'm a BIG McL fan) I think he would be better off at Ferrari because at McL he will always be penalised no matter what he does?

MS would not have won so many championships if he had been in a McL, because he would have also been fighting the FIA as is Lewis.

nah he should stay, not lesat because of the investment mclaren have made in him but to feel the satisfaction when he does win. if he walked it would be because he valued the championship more than his team, their support and their belief in him. if he went to ferrari i would lose all respect for him.

Considering what McLaren have done for him and what they think of him he'd be better off staying. Max will be long gone and forgotten in a few years, Lewis will still have the majority of his career left.

If you read Lewis's book you will see McL were going to drop him from their sponsership about 18 months before he got his F1 drive, but yes I do agree with the above comments it's just that I now think not driving a (FIA approved) red car will hamper his championship totals.

I do also think with Lewis's total skill (best out there) driving a Ferrari he would pass MS total championships, as the red car does seem to have the edge at most races?

Still an McL fan though.

Lewis would be better off at Ferrari, but I doubt he would change due to the loyalty he has to McLaren & Ron

Better to be remembered as one of the all time greats who never won the WDC, than someone who won "that fake championship".

Just concentrate this weekend and shove it down the Italians throats - I would have been more worried about him becoming champion if Kimi was up there but i dont think Massa has got it, he will crack,too much pressue on his shoulders.

The forcast is for rain this weekend and as long as there is no FIA interferance then Lewsis should win it! Mclaren just need Heiki to start earning his wages as he may need to start being used as a buffer.
