T350 Targa Roof

Hi,
Chim owner currently just started looking at the T350 and noticed some cars have a removable targa.
I assume this was a factory option as some have it.
This would be the model i would be interested in as it as close as you can get to a convertable.
I expect these to be a dearer buy?
Are they rare?

One owner came over to me and chatted about the tiv and had exactly the same feelings about the westfield as i had just not practicable.
Don't get me wrong loved the car but the missis did'nt so it was always a arguement as to what car to use on the day.
As for selling mine quiet early days i think infact i have'nt got it at the moment it's having the seats retrimmed carpets and hood.
So should look mint when i get it back at the weekend.
I have a T350 Targa myself and i did pay a little extra to get it but i love it! I think it looks a little meaner with the roof on and with them off its a wind in hair experience! Got to be really careful what you do with the roof panels though as you can damage the paint work! There does seem to be a little bit more head room too which is handy when your 6"3...

Dan have you not got the protective bags for panels ?
I’d tend to agree – the panels are a bit of a fiddle and probably take 2 mins to take off/ put on, which has meant we’ve got caught in the rain once or twice. Having said that, I looked at the Tam, and you still need to take a panel off and stick it in the boot (and make the boot space much less usable). The T350t is not the full fat convertible, but for me it’s 90% there a bit more rigid (due to roll cage) and looks better than the tam IMHO.

Going slightly off the topic does the chassis suffer from the same problems as the chim/griff?
Or did the newer cars get more attention on this side.

I'm thinking a T350T for myself
350T is a good choice, though for me it's the 350C as I prefer the lines of the roof.
Need to sell the Chim first though, been up for 3 weeks and not a single call.
Hold tight on the chim sale, i had zero response with mine for about 6 weeks but then like a bus they all came at once!
Am also after a 350T but need to save a few more sponduleys and trade the jag for something cheaper to run about in.
As above, thats a real sweet colour TVR Dan, have never seen a 350 with that - awesome!
