I don't think there is any issue except connecting the tow rope, the way I have done it is to tie off on the strut towers and leave the bonnet open on top of the strap.

Paid silly money to get a beavertail out to me. Initial inspection suggests propshaft oil seal gone. Lucky to spot clouds of smoke when the oil dropped onto the exhaust and stopped within a couple hundred yards. Ah well... back to the garage
