pogo alert and vista

i've just bought a new laptop with vista installed , however i cannot get my pogo alert to update.
it wont install a driver for it . has anyone got vista and the pogo that could give me a few pointers ?
i know when i had xp i had to change the port settings but i cant seem to find them on vista

the pogo alert works no problem with vista. The best thing to do is call 0203 010 1000 for tech support they will talk you through it and get your alert up and running in no time.

cant see why you would have a problem i have vista and while i had initial issues of some sort out of date software or something since corrected last year been no issues.

had same issue with mine phoned the helpline had to manually type in port 5 sounded as if they had been through this a few times.
