Fifth Gear suggested some low volume car manufactures that couldn't afford some test or other would have their products CO2 levels unclassified and therefore, classed as a group D as far as road tax was concerned. Does a Noble GTO 3R fall into this group ?
From what i remember of that show, Fifth Gear said the government doesnt not bother logging the VED when it comes to low volume British cars as it will harm sales. I may be wrong, but im almost sure they said that.
