5th Gear Automotive Dallas - Worst customer service ever ...

Just wanted to share with you my experiences with 5th gear automotive in Dallas. I tasked them with rebuilding a turbo and fixing a vaccum line on my M12 that was installed incorrectly by the previous "fixer". This was completed sucessfully. I then asked them to provide an explanation to the previous "fixer" of the work that was completed so i could be refunded for the 291 bucks I paid.

After 5 phones calls and 4 emails where they assured me this would be taken care of all i recieved was another copy of the invoice......In the end I became so frustrated with them I gave up on the hopes of recoving my 300 bucks.

Just wanted to share the experiences and that I would not recommend these guys to anyone - their work is good but the customer service / aftercare is appauling

p.s. if annyone knows of any GOOD mechanics in the Dallas area with Noble experience I would love to hear about them
