Road Angel Navigator in car charger (Help also if not)

Well firstly I know you can get them on flee-bay etc
BUT I dont know if they all work or will work on my unit. So if anyone can clarify this or if anyone has one or an old one layingy about I would like it.
Mines missing the end by the looks of it as there is a hole in the end and I can see down it to a spring and I guess its meant to have a fuse in there and then a screw on tip.
Anyway this is for the original Road Angel Navigator and I dont know if the ones frrm the 6000, 7000 and above work or not - if someone knows please let me know as I need one asap.
So can anyone tell me if all the Road Angel navigators form the original to the newest versions have the same in car connection?
