Got a mate that on top of going bust recently has just come home to find the house empty as the mrs has left him. He's asking me for advice well beyond my knowledge so I was wondering if any of you lot might be able to help. Please pm if you have any experience with these kinda things as I want to help the fellow out.

Many websites out there offering help, most are thinly disguised commercial IVA sites.

This one is different though. Good forum and free ring-back service:

yes we do need the data, depends on what though.

He's already bankrupt, but he's on fast track. The problem is the assetts he does have are in the mrs control and she's leaving hhim

Presumably they were in her name to keep them away from creditors, so they are her assets, not his. I doubt he'll have a leg to stand on.

I think the Trustee in Bankruptcy (if that's what they are still called) will deal with that to a certain extent, although he can expect them to think that he's involved in this in some way and it's a scam to hide assets!

Hope he gets it sorted, it sounds like he's having a pretty stty time.
