t350 ignition circuit
Discussion
Now I am really struggling to get my t350 to start here.
It has been a long few days to say the least and Iam getting no where really.
I desperatly need the relationship and order of the ignition sequence.
i.e. battery>ignition>ecu>inertia switch>fuel pump etc...
Or Iam totally willing to pay for someone to get it started for me.
I have removed the immobiliser totally to rule it out.
The vehicle with ignition on will obviously crank, but no start.
I cannot here the fuel pump kick in or the power steering pump. Crossing the relay will make the fuel burst into life.
the relay is new but Iam not getting a feed to to the coil in the relay, I am sure this is the problem, however what supplies the feed to the relay coil?
any help gladly appreciated.

I'm not an engineer but having read some of your other posts, here's just a random thought.
Do I recall it once had zero or very little fuel in it? I once ran out of fuel in a dealer's demonstrator Tuscan that even after being filled, would only crank but not fire. The RAC man fiddled with something under the pedal box (and said I couldn't tell a soul!) but essentially the fuel pump had been damaged by running with 0 fuel and the ECU wouldn't permit further fueling. After whatever he did, fuel was gravity feeding into the engine and all was OK with the world.
Somebody with some real expertise will be along in a minute; please don't be insulted by my attempt at help!

the fuel pump will work when the relay is crossed, however I need to know how the ignition sequence is set up as someone has mentioned the ecu recieves signals from sensors etc and determines wether or not to issue the command to spark. Also the ecu will say no if the fuel pump isnt working properly. I will get there.
I still wonder if the immobiliser wiring I removed has any secrets, I have joined both loops in the starter and ignition circuit ( very simple process), i am getting 12v when cranking on starter circuit and 12v on ignition circuit with ignition on.
All other immobiliser wires are a permanent feed to keep it alive, 2 earth points, an ignition feed and another wire which TBH Iam unsure of; it says:
connect to NC10a max min 500ma. I presume this is for the immobiliser anyway and has nothing to do with the car.
I have spoken to Carl and others who say I have it correct, but a chap at Power told me the other green feed from ignition may have something to do with it, but he couldnt quite remember.
