I'm having some trouble with Southern Electric, does anyone have the email address for their CEO, Ian Marchant? I think I need to fire off a little email.

I've sent it to every ian.marchant in their group of domains, one hasn't bounced yet. So maybe I've found it.

I will do, they normally only have the home addresses though. If I don't get a response he will be getting a letter at home. (I know they like that sort of attention on the weekend.)

Good luck. I have to say I've not had a problemn with Southern Electric, even when they get my readings wrong they are very quick to alter them after a quick phone call.
