A 6 buying guide

Hi, I am thinking about buying an A6 estate, roughly ten to twelve grand to spend, can anyone point me at a buying guide or somewhere that lists the models\options and what their foibles are.

Many thanks in advance

Cecil

Usual places such as Whatcar, Parkers, HonestJohn, AA. All good resources.

Nick Towie on here has a good A6 Le Mans Avant for sale, might be worth a PM.
