After the sad and protracted mourning after writing off my beloved 2000 Pontiac Trans Am, I've decided to stick with the LS1 / T56 powerplant.
I'm now the owner of a 2006 Monaro (in the same bright red colour - just like my last car)
The drivers seat is on the 'wrong' side to what I am used to though, (I've driven American cars for years) but I'm sure I'll get used to it biggrin

A shame the roads don't ever seem to dry up nowadays.

Thanks for the welcome, here's the Monaro and my Trans Am when she looked more presentable.

Trans Am pic was from a track day at RAF Marham.

Very nice, now's a good time to buy a Ro - the market for 5.7L Vauxhalls is limited to say the least. Now you have it, sit back and enjoy it!

Well Done, the more the merrier, don't worry about the rain, less effort to get sideways;)

Poor old Trans Am ended up in a ditch though. I spun the car on spilt diesel on a roundabout and ran off the road. I bent both ends.

With a name like Eileen, I certainly hope so (I was the last time I looked any how).

Brilliant. Welcome again. I'm no longer alone. You'll have to come to Santa Pod some time and we can sort out which colour's the fastest::
