Jerky Mondeo

It'a a 2.0 duratorq TDCI auto, with only 750 miles on the clock.

Symptoms - jerky under hard acceleration, then today the engine warning light came on. This was soon followed by a lack of power.

Feels like a blocked fuel filter, but it's only had two tanks of fuel.

Any ideas?
