What with the new fad of getting old Capris, I was just wondering how I could maybe track down my dads old one ?

I think the reg was C688 AUG, it was a black 2.8i that had a Turbo Technics conversion on it.

Any ideas where I can check to see if it's still alive ?

I believe there as search function on the DVLA site which will tell if its still about and where, but gives no address details..could be a start.

It shows up as "Capri Injection" on the RAC/HPI checker, but ASKMID doesn't have any trace of insurance on it.
