Classic mini meet

I started up scottishmini.co.uk along with a couple of other folk 2 years ago this week. Now with 600 members we have a great community so though I would meet up with a few of the locals and take a couple of photos.

Did some very quick edits on the photos as i only took them a couple of hours ago... I should be back into mini ownership very soon. The car shots are very basic and the flash shot was my first so needs alot of practice Some token landscapes thrown in aswell...

yep, however i miss being a mini owner so will be picking one up soon... going to blow loads of cash on it!! lol

I take it you used to be involved in the "Italian Job" weekends in Portrush/Portstewart when in Ireland John?

I've a good friend back over in NI with around 15 of the little buggers, did a feature of his favourite 3 (Kawasaki green one running a vtec that is his current favourite, bright yellow one with R1 bike engine in the rear, and orange Vtec equipped racing car) for a mag a couple of years ago now...some of the others are awesome too - his first one resides in a carcoon and no-one's allowed near it then through all manner of others from cars to estates to pickups...

I really like the second one, mostly because it's an interesting and less obvious angle to choose. Nice one. I really must buy another Mini. See my eBay thread for why that might not be a good move right now though...
