Housing Developer Bods - not land related!
Discussion
For those developers amid us?
How are you marketing those properties that you are building or trying to sell at the moment?
Do you offer discounts or free spec up grades, both?
Both Plotloss and I are in the same business all be it at opposite ends (him mid to high, me mid to low) offering home technologies, music, video, control etc throughout houses and I for one would be interested in how you are targeting the market at the moment.
Thanks in advance
