The laugh's on me this time!

I thought I'd be kind and take the pressure off Jonty for a while by making a twit of myself.

It's a long story but they were short of an unfit, fat bloke to take part in the pilot for a new project called G I Jades Boot Camp fronted by good friends, Nilam Patel and Jade Goody.

The rest is history but I've been told that quite a bit of the footage will be screened in a special on Livig TV on Monday 15th September at 9pm.

If they only show the pole dancing bits you'll have more amunition than Jonty provided by leaving a standard chimney on a Ferrari.

I'll be sitting at home cringing in a slighty excited fashion.
