Mosley has believed that he was the victim of a set-up...
The only person guilty of a "set-up" was Mosley himself. He set it up, for goodness sake. He rented the flat, he chose the date, he requested the activities, and he drank a cup of tea afterwards.
What he's complaining about is not that someone else set it up, but rather that someone else made a record of what he had set up. In other words, Mosley is embarrassed that other people learned the truth about him.
Asked who he believes is behind the conspiracy, Mosley said: “It's not from my private life world. I think it's most likely to be something to do with motor racing.” He confirmed that he was referring to Formula One and said that it may take a few more months to gather the evidence.

He also attacked George Carey, the former Archbishop of Canterbury, who has criticised what he called Mosley's “unspeakable and indecent behaviour”, as that “silly old archbishop”.
Mosley's just a thug, isn't he? One may or may not be religious, but you don't go around taking cheap shots at someone who has devoted his life to religious faith just because he had the temerity to apply the tenets and standards of that religion to your own dubious behaviour.
The credibility of Alan Donnelly, the FIA chief steward, has been called into question amid revelations about his former business dealings with the Ferrari manufacturing division of road cars. Mosley was adamant that Donnelly should not be removed and said that it was ridiculous to argue that he would be biased in favour of Ferrari.
“I do believe it is complete and utter rubbish and, particularly in Formula One, it would be impossible to find somebody who had a reasonable knowledge of [the sport] who hadn't had a relationship with one of the teams,” he said.
More Mosley diversionary tactics. There must be literally thousands of people with a deeper and richer foundation of experience in motor racing than Burberry Boy's, and who have had no commercial dealings whatsoever with any of the teams. What a ludicrous attempt by Mosley to justify removing the genuinely expert chief steward, Tony Scott Andrews, and replacing him with a Mosley crony.
Mosley demonstrates, yet again, that he is a man without shame.

Max's recent utterings & appearences have not been reported here in Germany. He's an un-person here 'cos the link, however tenuous, to Nazis doesn't go down well at all.

He needs to be assassinated, simple as. It's the only way tyrants can be consistently removed when no other means - like scandals, engineered or otherwise, are enough. The time for the courts is over, as he's proved they're on his side.
Well, character assassination was certainly attempted by somebody although one could argue it was closer to a bungled attempt at assisted suicide, where that somebody handed him a sword and he, misunderstanding, began smacking himself across the rump with it. Otherwise, I think prison is the suitable option, considering his involvement in a number of dubious circumstances to which the word 'criminal' could perhaps be applied.
