Logging in and out (Ted?)

I regularly have problems when trying to post messages.... I get an "Oops, unable to verify your profile" message.
When I go to the members area, I am already logged in, but I have to log out and back in again to solve the problem.... anything I can do to stop this? (Not a major problem... just really annoying after a few times!)
