E46 320Cd Convertibl
Discussion
Anyone have one of these, or coupe/saloon variant?
Looking for some feedback from you as to issues to look out for when viewing it?
Also, what sort of real world mpg figure are you returning? I am getting 35mpg motorway/28mpg combined at the moment from my 318Ci (2.0) - would the diesel give me much better figures?
I'm basically exploring different avenues with regards to company car ownership and a convertible is something i have always wanted, a diesel is something I have begun to need and the E46 is a car i love.
Obviously with this engine it would need to be a facelift and i would be needing something newer than 04 plate but the prices are soooo varying.
My main criteria is M Sport w/MV2 alloys, leather would be nice but not a requirement.
Any feedback appreciated.

I would expect the 320d to give better figures than your 1.9 petrol.Interesting that my 3.0 Z4 Coupe gave similar figures to what you're getting from your 318!
Yet another login name ab@? How many's that today?

Agreed, not that impressed with the economy really.
ETA: Was hoping for a fair bit better than the 123d too... for it to make sense.
