Info thread sticky ?

Hiya guys.

I've had an e-mail from a chap using this board.

He'd seen me post something or other regarding advanced driving in the Judge Dredd section and e-mailed me regarding details of advanced driving, who does what etc.

I wondered if it'd be an idea to have a sticky in here giving details of the IAM, link to website etc, possibly make it updateable so other organisations could be added by others (even poxy rospa if we must )
