BBC said:
Horizon asks some of the biggest names in science to have a quiet word with the new President, be it Obama or McCain. The United States President is quite simply the most powerful man on earth, but past Presidents have often known little about science. That is a problem when the decisions they make will affect every one of us, from nuclear proliferation to climate change. To help the new President get to grips with this intimidating responsibility, some of the world's leading scientists, from Dawkins to Watson, share some crucial words of advice.
I'm going to see how long I can watch this before throwing something at the TV. But who knows, maybe this programme will offer a fair and balanced point of view?

Who am I kidding? hehe

I'm gonna wait until I read the comments on this thread before I commit to watching it. hehe

It has Profs Dawkins and Kaku (sp) who I really like, but religion wins lots more votes than science in the US and the 2 don't mix at all. Which I'd why idiots like Bush and McCaines are able to get so much power.

The 'heartland' of the US cares more for the bible than evolution.

apparently, man burns fuel which releases all this stored up CO2. This CO2 in the atmosphere apparently caused the earth to be warmer.
