I have my Aston insured with Autotorque.co.uk and I'm trying to change the vehicle but nobody has answered the phone there for two days. Has anyone heard if they went bust etc?

grr phoned the insurer NIG (RBS), who have no record of my full no claims and have asked me to check with the now non-existant broker as its their responsibility. Perfect!!

Thats not good to hear. I was with autotorque earlier this year and had this exact problem. I finally sorted it out , my records of NCB were on a different "system" because of software/ computer system upgrade at the insurers.
