Mondeo ST200 Front Brake Upgrade

Dear All

Sorry to ask a question that i'm sure has been posted many times before but I just need to double check.

I'm off to the Isle of Mann next week and i'm sure that will just about finish off my front disks and pads (Tar.ox Sport Japan Disks with Green Stuff Pads)

I've been told that the slightly larger brake disks from the Focus ST170 fit straight on and improve braking performance without the need to change the Caliper??

Is this true?? I don't want/can't afford a big brake kit for it and like to keep to standard Fords parts (Don't ask me why!!)
