Heard on the radio today some council down sarth is going to trail a new scam on us motorists Traffic wardens are going to patrol traffic queues and if you leave your engine running for to long they will slap you with a £20 fine. I thought it was a joke but no its very true. The powers that be are getting desperate now to raise cash. as the title What ever next
