Cracking day had by us in our little 205. Slightly dampened by the fact the gearbox half lunched it self at 4.30! As I went up the runway/parking area, something went bang at 15mph, stopped to check I had no small children under and realised it was pissing out gearbox oil
Alas the little french turd made it the 65 miles back, whines a little bit now, it will be changed at some point soon. Sorry to anyone traveling south bound on the a34 as I was slower than artics.
Every cloud has a silver lining as we were complaining about the long ratios earlier on in the day so a shorter one should go on instead.
Great to meet a few guys off here, James in a stunning v8 m3 and Andy in the well built Sylva. Hope I have the names right, I can barely remember my own at times
Gutted to have missed out on the Pax laps James, I didn't see you shoot off. Next time I'll corner you.
Hope we didn't get in anyones way. If we did, it was either my brother or my dad!!! I found the everyone was polite and had no issues of fast cars burning off in a straight line and then crawling round the corners. Another excellent day at MSE.

Jon,
I had to deal with something non car related at home and had to make a sharp exit which was a shame as I would quite have liked your take on the BM (even managed to forget to get my drivers license back - doh).
I'm def. going to do another one of these days and bring a few entertaining drivers/cars with me next time so I promise you 100% I'll take you out next time in whatever I bring.
Sorry 'le mnerde francais' let you down, at least you know its a real Pug, it wouldn't happen to a German you know.

anticockwise circuit, recent changes have made more fun with a good fast chicane and a very quick left with hard braking for a chicane, I'm there on 26th f you want to come along?
