Mods: Could we have a definitions Wiki and Sticky

Dear Advanced Driving Mods.

I'll bet you are as bored as everyone else of threads where the blind proceed to lead the blind into yet another utter misconception as to what the terms "Roadcraft", "System Of Car Control", "Heel and Toe", "Double De-Clutch" and so on mean.

We could have another Wiki/Sticky on the use of fecking indicators.

Any chance of setting one up? Happy to contribute.

Kinky: if there was a Wiki it certainly isn't a sticky - at the top of the AD forum is the "links" sticky but that's it...
