Floppy sun visor

anyone had experience with the sun visors on the Chim. My passenger side one refuses to stay upright - is there an easy fix for this - looks to be easy to get off - just a screw from the top ( ooh err missus )

stuck a bit of cardboard above the visor. ok so now you cant actually use it
