Is that the one where another PH'er "took one for the team" and posted up a picture of himself?

There was some pisstaking, but it seems to have self moderated and has turned into a free for all mickey take of all PH'ers.

Read the whole thread and you'll see how it changes.

Close to the knuckle at times, but overall it's a top thread IMO.

It was shut at the request of the OPs monther by the look of the last message on there....

Fingers crossed he is ok after it, some of the comments were very nasty - much worse than usual PH replies IMHO

I have dropped him a mail to suggest that he bears with it and reads it through in its enirety, as there is some blooming good advise for him in there

I think its worth remembering that not everyone behind a PC may be as thick skinned as others. And I know you'll get "the he should have thought of that before posting" crowd but then the guy is young and will learn his lesson and hopefully think before he posts next time......you cruel lot... a shame also as some of it was funny entertaining ( and I don't mean against the OP) a shame some commenst etc ruined it.

That’s a shame though. It saddens me a bit that no other PHer saw fit. As someone said in a follow-up thread; “this was a real low point”.

I’m also a bit disappointed that a blind eye approach is apparently acceptable with respect to posting rules one and two.

Trouble is from what I read I don't think he has the sense to take the advice though. Just seemed to get stty about what people were saying. FFS what did he expect?!
I was going to post some advice myself but missed the cut. Prolly would have been a waste of time anyway.
