Bruntingthorpe Aston Vs Ferrari Experience
Discussion
I am after some advice. I want to do another 'driving experience day' and have been considering the 'Aston Martin Vs Ferrari' experience at Bruntingthorpe.
I've previously done days at Silverstone and Thruxton but want to try somewhere different. How does Bruntingthorpe compare?
It isn't specific about the cars you get to drive (DB9/V8 Vantage, 355/360). Although I'm not too worried about the exact cars, I would prefer the V8 Vantage (I'm an Elise owner so always go for the smaller cars
) and the 360. Although having driven a 360 before I wouldn't be disappointed if it was the 355.
Also, is there any advice on who to book through, I have seen it advertised here: http://www.driversdreamdays.co.uk/aston-martin-dri...
Thanks in advance for the help.

Fantastic track, fantastic real car, fantastic day.
I need 3 drivers for the experience to go ahead on the day.
Eduardo.

I dont know this company, but what I have seen in driving experience day brochures in general I think they are usually bad value for money. Just look at total time on the track and how much track time in each vehicle, just enough to start to get used to it then out and into the next one. Buy a cheap car like an old MX5 and do proper trackdays it'll be far more satisfying, or push the boat out and hire a trackday vehicle from an ATDO organiser

Hmmm, I see what you are saying and in the future I do plan on building up to use my own car on track (although it will be an Lotus Elise not an mx5). But at the moment I just want to experience tracks and experience different cars that I wouldn't otherwise be able to. While expensive I don't think you could call driving experiences bad value for money. If anyone knows a way to drive a Ferrari and Aston on track for less £200 then I would be keen to know.
