hello,

I see people talking about service manuals for the Elise on the forum and I was wondering if this also exists for my 1999 V8 Esprit.
If it exists, does anyone have any idea where to find/buy/download it?

You can buy them from your favourite Lotus parts dealer. The one that I have covers 1996 onward. You may, additionally, want to pick up the parts manual. Mine is for 1993 onwards...

Hi Ernie,

I think you have it backwards. The Service Manual is for 1993 onwards. The Parts List is for 1996 onwards. There is also an Engine Management manual as well as manuals for the SIR and ABS.

A few part numbers:

Service Notes (1993 onward): K082T0327J
Engine Management V8: L082T0327J
Brakes w/Kelsey-Hayes ABS: M082T0327J
SIR (covers both airbags): J082T0327J

and a note stating that until remaining sections are issued (chassis, fuel system, heater/ac) to refer to: B082T0327J

I'm affraid it wil be very difficult to get these books in Belgium.
Getting Lotus parts Esprit in Belgium is very difficult. I waited more than 3 months for my alu "2003 American styled" rear plate. I would also like to buy the 2003 wheels but Lotus can not deliver them any more they tell me.
So if I'm going to ask for some books, the Esprit will be like 10 years older I'm affraid...
Any good online shop or any help?
