Hey guys,

So im looking at purchasing myself a skyline. I've noticed that prices of V-spec II Nurs are still around the £45 - 50k mark whilest normal V-specs can be picked up for around £25 - 30k.

My question is; do people think the Nur is worth the extra expense?

I know how the two models differ, and the fact that the Nurs are very rare, but are they really worth £20k more? Is there much point in splashing out the extra on (essentially) a badge (bearing in mind the a standard V-spec can be upgraded to Nur spec for a fraction of the difference).

I think you answered the question yourself. However, there will always be the demand for the 'original' super duper model... It depends what you want. If you are happy to go for the lower spec, and modify, go for it. As with most things, it's only worth what you are willing to pay for it.

What are the main differences between the Nurn and the standard V-Spec?? Been looking at maybe getting one in the future and weighing it up against a 22B, I would want to get a completely standard and unmolested car, but it is an absolute minefield looking through the classifieds

I do, he doesnt smile

The Nur is running a load of Nismo's N1 engine parts under the bonnet and sports exhaust system giving it a bit more power than the regular V-spec. The suspension is also slightly stiffer than the V-spec (as if it wasnt stiff enough already).
