Having just spent the week in Yorkshire visiting family, I was driving back down the M1 on Friday evening when I caught up with a Green Tuscan heading in the same direction......followed each other for about 50 miles and he turned off for Silverstone (Probably going to watch Britcar). Acknowledged each other and had a sensible run down the M1 together. I was heading back to Portsmouth and on to Goodwood for the Goodwood Revival.

I was in the 52 plate silver tuscan, and the other tuscan was one of the two tone green cars. Guessing a 2000/2001 car with a very nice private plate...... T1VE-.........i'm sure you can guess the last character..............Anyone we know ???????

Hi there

It was me in the Tuscan travelling south down the M1.

Well, it made my day seeing another Tuscan out on the road
and a very nice looking one at that. You are spot on with the
age of my car it's a Dec 2000 and been mine from new.
You were also correct about my destination Brit car 24hr.

Hope you had a good weekend at Goodwood in what's probably been
the best weather of the year.

See you around some time, always nice to see another TIV out on
the road. byebye

C&J : Likewise, there's too many hidden away. Hope Britcar was as good as usual. This year I decided to do the Goodwood Revival, and had a great day. Damned head got burned though. Looked like a very well looked after car, a credit to you.

Keep it on the road, and out of the garage.

PS : Did you spot the Black Tuscan on the hard shoulder on the North Bound Side. Spotted it exactly the same time as I spotted yours. I looked over at the girlfreind and said "Did you spot the Tuscan on the hard shoulder".........and she looked at me as If i was stupid, and then said "The one in front of you"...................LOL. I was refering to the black one on the hard shoulder in the opposite late. I think there's another post up about it at the moment.
