Diff output seal

Does anyone how the flanges come off to access the seal? i have given it a good prise, but it aint giving, or does the back have to come off to remove a clip? Cheers

Flange will come out but needs a good copper hammer or heavy duty pry bars or tyre lever, If copper hammer not available , use something softer than the flange as a drift, ie aluminium or a piece of hardwood....any probs call me on 07850 304332.....dave

how hard is it to get this off? from the beginning!

are we on about a 4.2 or 4.5.

mine has a slight drip and i wouldnt mind emptying it, cleaning it and replacing the fluid and any seals, but dont want it to be a bi_tch of a job.
