Hi Guys
I operate online furniture company. We have been using a company based in suffolk who store and dispatch directly to our customers. However i have recently learned they have laid off all there warehouse staff so im little worried if they go tits up it will completely stop our busienss.

Im looking for recommendations for companies based near felixstowe who can handle our storage and distribution, we sell beds.

Thanks in advance

Don't know about the alternative supply but a word of advice.

If you think they are going into administration get your stock out of there!

Administrator will hold it to ransom and may cost you ££££'s (pay everything that you owe and everything else upfront) to get it out of the warehouse

you could try Foulgers. We have used them (well our supplier has) and having down a QC Audit, it is a tight run organisation, and quite sizeable, so shouldn't have a problem financially.

We have done like for like comparisons, and pretty fair with other areas in the UK.

when you speak to Foulgers (I think that the manager is Simon) say that Tim @ Croxsons recommended them.

They are used to looking after cosmetic and food jars, so QC is very tight. The main warehouse is run by an ex Navy bloke, so is spotless.
