T5 Tremec upgrade for AJP

Does anyone know what spec the TVR T5 gearbox is?

There are different suppliers on the net if you want to upgrade the box. Usualy thety speak about Ford or GM. Also they speak a lot about the 26 spline shaft.

Gearratio's seem to be right with the most of the suppliers. The gearboxman.co.uk has a set, but when you visit sites in the US there are more of them if you want to go for a 400+ lb ft security.

It's a minefield.

Tooo many options on ratios, splines etc etc.

There are 3 in the UK (from memory) Glebe, Elite, Gearboxman and you could also count Tremec themselves.

I'm sure the T5 in the Cerb is good for more torque than the AJP currently chucks out as there are a number of charged Chims floating around with high torque and these don't seem to suffer the same failure rate as the Cerbera.

I found on the forum here that it should have an odd 23 spline shaft (Chrysler).
