Hello guys, I'm after a bit of advice surrounding a good wax to use. Has anybody any experience of using the Autoglym Aqua car wax? The reason I ask is because I am a fan of Autoglym products and at the moment Halfords are selling 3 Autoglym products for the price of two across the range.
Any help is appreciated

Alistair,
To be honest, if you want to stick to AG stuff then the Halfords deal is a no brainer.
However, as mentioned there are other products out there that will give better results albeit a it more expensive.
I have Dodo juice and Collinite in my arsenal. Most of the regular clients opt for Collinite. I tend to use 476S Super Doublecoat and then top up regularly with Collinite Insulator Wax if needed.

That's exactly what I switched to after doing some research and I'm very very impressed with the results.I was using Autoglym's Extra Gloss Protection but the Collinite beats it both for finish and longevity.
I did some research then spent quite a bit on lots of equipment and products from Clean Your Car and haven't regretted it for a moment. The high quality products (not necessarily expensive) really have made a difference.

EFA, I added an 'r'.I second the above though; fantastic prices, products, and service.
When I made an order earlier in the week I also noticed fot he first time that you get 'points' with each order that you can redeem as money off future orders. They seem to mount up fairly quickly too.

I have just got some AG HD wax and can say it has made a big difference to swirls and marks and gloss depth to my Lotus and Honda estate hack.I bought it from E-bay as 2 local AG dealers had not even heard about it. Comes with applicator pads and a microfibre towel. All for £24. The people at work saw the car the day I got it and after the polishing was done and couldn't believe the difference in colour and depth.I haven't tried any other wax products currently and with the finish it is, probably won't.
Thanks for the replies guys. The Autoglym HD wax seems to be getting a few more votes now so I'm swaying again between the Dodo Juice and HD wax.
My paintwork is 17 years old now and whilst not perfect it is in very good condition for its age. Obviously with the old stone chip on the bonnet and not quite the original fresh from the factory deep shine but I try to keep on top of it. Has anybody any experience with either Dodo Juice or Autoglym HD wax that can advise on the best for my car?
Thanks again
