help on jazzing up my hotlinks on webpages.
Discussion
Ok so ive got a set of links in a simple vertical table going down the left of my webpage. The borders of the table and the cells are a light blue, the background colour of the cells is a darker blue, the text within the cells is same light blue to match the borders, so its quite a simple design.
My web skills are somewhat limited so at the moment if i hover over one of the words within the cell, the colour of the text changes to white to show its an active link.
Is there a way of masking the entire cell as being part of the link, so that when hovering over any part of the cell not just the text, not only does the text colour change but also the background colour of the whole cell changes aswell?
At the mo ive got the colour of the text changing by using a CSS and having a new colour for the Hover command...
