Just recieved a pair of identical emails alledgedly from Microsoft Customer Services [hqmrsifpvbo@technet.ms.com] warning of a security problem which can be fixed by installing the attached patch.
Norton quarantined the attachments because they have a virus in them (Worm.Automat.AHB).
They look like ripped-off Microsoft pages and only look suspicious because the emails arrived as a duplicate pair and refer to IE 4.01 and later. I.E. the dark ages!
I hope not too many computer numpties people get caught by this.

Not close enough.
It did need bringing up though and it's the thought that counts. Especially if it prevents someone getting the virus !
