The BS 6658 type A (blue label) will cease to be acceptable at MSA events from the 1st Jan 2010 the Bs 6658 type AFR (red label)will still be acceptable. so for the blue label helmet you have 15 months left.

Also if you have a FIA / RAC 86 type suit that also will not be acceptable at MSA events from 1st Jan 2010 the FIA 2000 standard is. ok.

SNELL 2000 & 2005 and SFI 31.1 31.2 helmets still ok
