Stolen Astra VXR Nurburgring No. 311

Hi,

Vauxhall Astra VXR Nurburgring Number 311 of 835 Reg Number AO08 WHT

Stolen on 20th September between 2:15pm and 5:30pm, in Diss, Norfolk.

Stolen off drive, after breaking into house for key.

Picture below.

Points to note, Black Team Dynamics 18" Alloys, KW lowered suspension

He was trying to race with me, I would know that car anywhere, can't remember which direction I was going but I saw it either on the way to Harrogate on Sat or on the way back from Harrogate.[/b]



Might be someone cocking around but you never know.....Harrogate is a bit far for it them to have come from but stranger thngs have happened....

I don't know if you have your car back already but this Wednesday just gone and everyday up until Friday when I came back to Lincoln I saw a Nurburgring Astra in Nottingham with black spoked rims on it and it was riding low so I presume lowered aswell. It was outside my Student accommodation at Raleigh Park in Lenton in Nottingham. I hope this helps, if I see it again (which i probably will) I'll try and get a pic.

I've seen one of those recently in Leeds too (saw it twice in quick succession going in either direction on Meanwood Rd) but nothing to suggest it is the same vehicle. Do all Nurburgrings have the checker decals? I'll keep eyes peeled.

I've spotted a Nurburgring Edition around Ely a few times. Not sure of the plate, but they're not exactly common. Do you know a fellow NRE owner around there, or should I be paying more attention the next time I see it?

Btw, not you that absolutely wrings the neck of your bike through a good 4 gears up the Ely Bypass on a regular basis is it?

It's usually me hanging OFF the neck of my bike along the bypass yep! Green kwaka but it's off the road right now, needs putting back together so I haven't been up there in a month or so
It's a great road for flat out hooning although the bumps do catch me out, everytime. More so in the Cobra, oddly.
Every biker seems to give their bikes a good pasting along there. Some beeeautiful sounds.

Yep, it must be you, I didn't think I'd heard it for a while!

Nothing exciting enough to notice at the moment unfortunately (borrowed Saab 9-3 cab) due to broken Porsche and delay in new car arrival. If you spot a Silver Evo 9 from next week onwards then there's a 50% chance it's me! I may also be seen from time to time in a blue 928 GTS!

I'll keep an eye out for you in future!

I know, I can't wait! It's supposed to be 400bhp... Sightly dubious, but it felt bloody quick when I drove it!

Maybe I'll turn up to some sort of meet at some point so you can admire!
